Magnus Theatre and 10x10 are excited to announce that Magnus Theatre will be taking the reins of the 10x10 Play Showcase! We look forward to welcoming you to the 2022 Showcase on June 17th & 18th.
10x10 has been a fixture of the Northwestern Ontario arts community, connecting local playwrights, directors, and actors to give a unique opportunity for theatre creation in the region. Writers are invited to submit a 10-minute play for consideration, and an adjudicating committee will select 10 plays to be produced with local directors and actors and presented to an audience on the Magnus Theatre stage.
We’re excited for the future of the showcase and thank the outgoing leadership team for their years of dedication to 10x10.
Submission Deadlines:
Have a 10-minute play you want to submit? We are accepting submissions right NOW! The deadline to submit is March 13th so don’t delay.
Interested in Directing? We invite all interested directors to contact us by March 2nd. No previous directing experience is required, but experience in theatre and/or film is an asset.
